Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM with detailed notes and follow-ups.
- Update and manage internal databases using standardized templates.
- Conduct research on target clients before meetings.
- Lead client meetings to understand requirements and present solutions.
- Collaborate with operations for proposals, costings, and P&L reports.
- Negotiate contracts ensuring profitability.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Draft professional client communications and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for project delivery.
- Build long-term client relationships with follow-ups and service.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new leads via research and networking.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Experience: 1–3 Years in B2B/Market Research Industry
- Skills: Client management, communication (English), negotiation, problem-solving
- Technical: Proficiency in Sales CRM tools
