Role Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the timely development and implementation of new applications.
- Maintain and improve existing applications/processes.
- Recommend improvements / provide value adds to the organization processes.
- Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
- Co-ordinate with various Process Teams to deliver a robust solution.
- Work independently on medium complex projects.
Role Requirements:
- You’ll have 5+ years of experience with software development with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development& administration.
- Proven experience in programming utilizing one or more of the following: Angular, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX and CSS.
- Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally.
