Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Desk L1 Engineer to join our IT team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates beginning a career in IT support. You will act as the first point of contact, providing initial troubleshooting and assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or self-ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log and track incidents and service requests in the ticketing system with accurate documentation.
- Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and basic application support.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed.
- Contribute to the knowledge base with documentation and user guides.

Qualifications
