About the Job

• Build full-stack MVP web apps (React or similar frontend, FastAPI/Node backend).
• Integrate with data sources like CoStar, Zillow, Yardi Matrix, Neighborhood Scout.
• Implement document upload + parsing for T12 and Rent Roll PDFs/XLS files.
• Use LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) to summarize, categorize, and convert data into model inputs.
• Auto-populate real estate Excel templates with structured data.
• Implement “pass/fail” deal logic based on custom investment filters.
• Build export features: PDF executive summary, Excel model, LOI generator.
• Create dashboards for deal tracking, performance metrics, and API connection health.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
• Frontend expertise in React.js / Next.js.
• API integration experience (OAuth, REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with file parsing (PDF/Excel), data extraction, and LLMs.
• Understanding of real estate concepts (T12, rent rolls, cap rate, cash-on-cash returns).
• Strong UX sense for dashboards & financial tools.
