Responsibilities:

• Manage the Conflicts on the meeting requests in the leader’s calendar.  
• Book Rooms, VFM, VC Rooms, hotels, and meetings in for external meetings 
• Set up meetings with the customers as per the priority given by the leaders and set up meeting with the internal teams.  
• Coordinate with the logistics team for the meeting room arrangements.  
• Concur requests and approvals.  
• Hotel, ticket and Cab bookings 
• Visa applications, Forex, Insurance 
• Concur reimbursements, Upload bills  
• Flight changes/Missed flights/Hotel changes etc. 
• Corp card limit increase requests. 
• International travel: Liasoning with the local employees and get the bookings done. Understand the policies and the system of the international travels and accordingly do the job 

Minimum Requirements:

• Category: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree
