Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential students and explain ShikshaVertex’s programs and offerings.
• Generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong engagement with prospects to ensure conversions.
• Conduct regular market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales/engagement targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections confidently.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Final-year students or recent graduates can apply.
• Prior sales/business development experience (internship/project) is a plus.
