Job Description:

• Responsible for the operations across Storage Data Protection environments. They have ownership of monitoring reporting first level incidents and alerts, basic administration with help of standard work instructions and assist LP LM teams on inputs required during new builds, administration and decommission activities of Storage Data Protection products. They contribute to Capacity performance reports as part of their role.

Job Description – Grade Specific:

• Act as escalation point for technical guidance and nontechnical and management level for all major incidents, major change planning and driving new customer intake, overall risk management and other discussions involving other leads across service lines or regions. Act as SME for Incident management, change management problem management process
