Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The role requires prospecting, acquiring staffing contracts, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in recruitment solutions. Prior experience as an Account Manager (0–2 years) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Acquire staffing contracts and manage permanent/contract hiring needs.
• Generate leads via market research and client outreach.
• Build and independently manage client relationships.
• Facilitate meetings between client decision-makers and leadership.
• Promote recruitment services through solution-based selling.
• Prepare impactful proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends and competitors.
• Attend industry events and networking forums.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for client partnerships.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams for seamless client handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client reports.
• Focus on generating repeat business and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or staffing services.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Good understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Analytical mindset with solution-driven approach.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
