Design, build and test web-based applications for various site components and edit site content. Document technical designs and specifications. Research and incorporate updated content for websites.Must have skills : Microsoft 365

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support Microsoft 365 Messaging services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Business Tenancies and enforce organizational policies.
• Implement configurations using Desired State Configuration and customer-specific blueprints.
• Monitor and manage M365 services using ITSM and RMM tools.
• Configure alerts, track performance metrics, and generate usage/consumption reports.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and lead problem management for messaging and identity issues.
• Act as escalation point for L3 support of M365 messaging systems.
• Contribute to Office 365 security strategy, governance, and roadmap discussions.
• Document system configurations, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Deliver technical training and provide mentoring where required.
• Design enterprise-level security solutions for the M365 stack.
• Stay current with M365 updates, releases, and integrations.
• Collaborate with security teams on DLP, MFA, CA, and identity protection policies.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 core services: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Experience with Azure AD P1/P2 features: Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, PAM, SSPR, SSO.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender or M365 Security tools (Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Purview/E5 Compliance, AIP, DLP, etc.).
• Optional: PowerShell scripting, ITIL v3/v4 certification, licensing optimization experience.
