Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for laptops, desktops, and software (macOS, Windows).
- Respond promptly to user-reported issues via ITSM platforms and ensure resolution.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding (device setup, account provisioning, access revocation, device recovery).
- Administer accounts in Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, etc.
- Monitor endpoint protection and maintain IT asset inventory (Snipe-IT).
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely or on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty, servicing, or procurement.
- Create/update IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with access reviews, audits, and compliance activities.
- Support VPN and security solutions (JumpCloud Go, Twingate).
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Jira, Snipe-IT, SentinelOne.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira ITSM).
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- 1–3 years of IT support experience.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, MCSA (not mandatory).
