Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for laptops, desktops, and software (macOS, Windows).
  • Respond promptly to user-reported issues via ITSM platforms and ensure resolution.
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding (device setup, account provisioning, access revocation, device recovery).
  • Administer accounts in Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, etc.
  • Monitor endpoint protection and maintain IT asset inventory (Snipe-IT).
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely or on-site.
  • Coordinate with vendors for warranty, servicing, or procurement.
  • Create/update IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with access reviews, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Support VPN and security solutions (JumpCloud Go, Twingate).

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Jira, Snipe-IT, SentinelOne.
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira ITSM).
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • 1–3 years of IT support experience.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL, MCSA (not mandatory).
