Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
- Present and explain SquadStack’s products and services to potential clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in telesales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.
- In-depth knowledge of SquadStack’s products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
