Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Document procedures and solutions for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to all users.
Working Days:
- 5 Days in a Week
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and other IT infrastructure technologies.
- A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
