Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Web Portals: Build and enhance backend web portals. Implement RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities and third-party integrations.
Automation Testing: Utilize tools like Selenium for developing and maintaining automated test scripts. Conduct regular testing to ensure the stability and performance of web applications.
Database Management: Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases. Write efficient queries and stored procedures to manage data transactions and retrievals.
Collaborate with Frontend Developers: Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during development.
Code Optimization and Debugging: Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Debug and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Documentation: Document technical specifications, system design, and coding practices. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for developed software and automated tests.
Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance technical skills.
Adherence to Best Practices: Follow best practices in software development, including version control (e.g., Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and agile methodologies. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing web portals. Assist in the deployment of new features and updates to production environments.
Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and project managers. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
