About the Role
As an AI Operations Associate, you will be responsible for running AI recruitment workflows, managing large-scale outreach campaigns, and analyzing candidate data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation strategies and improve recruitment operations for US clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Run AI recruiting tool and manage candidate outreach campaigns.
- Test and monitor AI workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze candidate response data, campaign performance, and funnel metrics.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to enhance automation strategies.
- Support candidate engagement from sourcing to screening.
