Responsibilities
- Handle retention and digital sales through voice calls.
- Communicate effectively in English & Hindi.
- Understand call centre processes and company expectations.
- Engage in mock calls and demonstrate required telesales skills.
Requirements
- Good communication in English & Hindi.
- Understanding of customer service and required qualities for a customer care executive.
- Ability to clearly articulate why you want to work in telesales / call centres.
- Sales and persuasion skills.
