Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to management on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Develop and implement employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary action.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary and wage administration, health insurance, and retirement plans.
• Plan and deliver training and development programs for employees at all levels.
• Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
• Prepare and present HR reports to management.
• Manage HR budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
