Job Description:
- Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
- Modify and improve existing systems.
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
- Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions following security policies.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
- Regularly review existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and suggest solutions based on client needs.
- Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and employment contract terms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in designing and building data pipelines.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN/SAFe).
- Some programming/scripting experience (Java, Python, Unix Scripting) and SQL knowledge.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, version control (Git/GitHub), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, Data Bricks, and ADF.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in managing global teams across different time zones.
- Ability to lead DevOps pipeline development and operational support activities.
