Job Description:
- We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our team and contribute to our company progress.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on C/Java/Python/SQL.
- Conduct tutorial sessions and supervise lab activities to reinforce lecture content.
- Facilitate student discussions and group projects to encourage collaborative learning.
- Develop and maintain supplemental resources such as cheat sheets, tutorials, and example code.
- Stay updated with industry trends and participate in workshops, webinars, and conferences.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in C, Java, Python, and SQL, with hands-on experience in each language.
- Proven experience as a technical trainer or similar role.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- [Bachelor’s/Master’s] degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Industry certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
