About the Role Leap Finance is seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to drive influencer campaigns and support marketing efforts across IELTS, study abroad, and other Leap products. Ideal for social media enthusiasts who love trends and content that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, shortlist, and onboard micro & mid-tier influencers (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Foster long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
Negotiate deals to optimize ROI while staying within budget.
Track and leverage content trends for campaign integrations.
Manage influencer briefs, delivery timelines, and performance metrics.
Conceive and execute creative campaigns for Leap products.
Maintain a creator database (size, niche, engagement, cost).
Requirements
0–1 years experience (freshers welcome).
Extroverted, with excellent communication & negotiation skills.
In tune with Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and TikTok trends.
Analytical mindset to assess influencer performance & ROI.
Bonus points for prior influencer marketing experience.
Social media geek who understands what’s “hot” (not just for fun, but strategically).
Passionate about education and empowering students abroad.
