Role Overview
As a SOC Intern, you will support the service operations team by monitoring, resolving, and escalating application and infrastructure incidents. You will gain real-world experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT service management while collaborating with teams worldwide.
Your Mission at Irdeto
- Administer and maintain web applications hosted in AWS.
- Troubleshoot applications and resolve issues per documented procedures.
- Respond to alerts, incident tickets, and information requests within SLAs.
- Communicate and notify stakeholders on major issues.
- Document SOPs and resolution run books.
- Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Work with tools such as Splunk, CloudWatch, Nagios, Grafana.
Requirements
- Experience in Windows and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of AWS is an advantage.
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell) preferred.
