Responsibilities:
- Manage the Conflicts on the meeting requests in the leader’s calendar.
- Book Rooms, VFM, VC Rooms, hotels, and meetings in for external meetings
- Set up meetings with the customers as per the priority given by the leaders and set up meeting with the internal teams.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for the meeting room arrangements.
- Concur requests and approvals.
- Hotel, ticket and Cab bookings
- Visa applications, Forex, Insurance
- Concur reimbursements, Upload bills
- Flight changes/Missed flights/Hotel changes etc.
- Corp card limit increase requests.
- International travel: Liasoning with the local employees and get the bookings done. Understand the policies and the system of the international travels and accordingly do the job
Minimum Requirements:
- Category: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree
