Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & SEO Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and managing content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a knack for creating compelling content, and the ability to analyze and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media handles, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation Strategy: Develop content ideas and strategies for blogs, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms based on research and analytics. Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors across all platforms and our website. Utilize insights to inform content strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads through social media channels. Implement strategies to convert social media interactions into actionable leads.
- Content Tracking: Monitor and track all content and posts to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with content writers, editors, designers, memers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality content production. Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among team members.
- Timelines and Deadlines: Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and SEO.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective content strategies.
- Experience with lead management and conversion strategies.
- Familiarity with scholarship portals and related content management.
