Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Backend Developer Intern to join our growing team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in backend development, write clean and efficient code, and contribute to real-world SaaS projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing backend services using Node.js (TypeScript + Express.js).
- Learn and contribute to PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
- Support integration and management of AWS services (S3, EC2/Server deployments).
- Collaborate with senior developers and front-end teams for smooth integration.
- Write and maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field.
- Strong interest in Backend Development and SaaS applications.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL & relational databases.
- Exposure to AWS services (S3, EC2, etc.) is a plus.
Good to Have
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
- Project experience in backend development.
