Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential students and explain ShikshaVertex’s programs and offerings.
- Generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong engagement with prospects to ensure conversions.
- Conduct regular market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales/engagement targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections confidently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Final-year students or recent graduates can apply.
- Prior sales/business development experience (internship/project) is a plus.
