Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay abreast of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Utilize CRM systems effectively to track customer interactions, manage cases, and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and resolving issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
