Responsibilities:
- Set up and utilize tools from Google’s analytics offerings, including the Google Analytics and Tag Manager for digital tracking of user behaviour and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis, driving data-driven decision making and optimizing digital experiences.
- Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and analyse processes to propose strategic improvements that enhance our analytics capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to keep our analytics tools at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with web technologies, and a good command of JavaScript and related frameworks such as jQuery, as well as a good understanding of HTTP, DNS, CDNs, and cookie management.
- Some experience with Google Analytics tools, particularly Tag Manager, is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively interpret data and drive strategic improvements.
- Excellent communication abilities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A motivated and proactive learner, eager to stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies and apply that knowledge to our analytics capabilities.
