About Role
As an Associate Software Engineering Analyst, you will be joining a highly motivated Intelligent Automation team, working on automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will collaborate with Technical Consultants, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to design and implement automation solutions using state-of-the-art platforms. Training and mentorship will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using modern platforms.
- Support and maintain existing automation workflows.
- Communicate technical implications and provide assessments for automation efforts.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (70%+ required).
- 2024 pass-outs preferred with internship or 0-1 years of IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of any programming language (C++/Java/Python).
- Good problem-solving, prioritization, and task management skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English for global collaboration.
