Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The role requires prospecting, acquiring staffing contracts, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in recruitment solutions. Prior experience as an Account Manager (0–2 years) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Acquire staffing contracts and manage permanent/contract hiring needs.
- Generate leads via market research and client outreach.
- Build and independently manage client relationships.
- Facilitate meetings between client decision-makers and leadership.
- Promote recruitment services through solution-based selling.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for client partnerships.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams for seamless client handovers.
