Cvent is looking for a brilliant Web Designer with strong coding skills along with aesthetic & design sense to work on the Cvent CMS software and mobile app to create client’s Event Registration websites.
The person should be an SME and must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to be able to communicate and understand requirements with overseas clients independently.
The person should be willing to work in the night shift (US hours) and must have a zeal to perform in a fast-paced environment along with willingness to thrive for an award-winning career

Independently be able to understand the client’s requirement via direct communication channels (email, verbal or telephonic communication)
Ensure best possible customer experience that fits and contributes to the broader Cvent ecosystem of products
Drive actions to the closer and ensure a solution to a problem by going extra miles, if needed.
Stay up to date with the latest design and technology trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Implement approved web design in the CMS by writing HTML, CSS and JavaScript code
Find necessary tweaks and workarounds while working with technically restricted CMS environment

Be capable of writing clean, well thought out, and reliable HTML, CSS and JavaScript codes
Be comfortable working on a project from the original fuzzy brief through development and deployment and beyond with minimal oversight required
Be a problem solver who is not afraid to share ideas and open discussions
Be a strong communicator who writes and speaks well
Be great with technical documentation
Be a person with great stakeholder and real-time management with strong business acumen
Be a self-motivated and go-getter person
Committed to continuous learning
Excellent HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design coding skills
Good experience with jQuery implementation and JavaScript
Strong sense of color combination, aesthetics, typography, interactivity, etc.
Hands-on experience in creating GIF/Motion Graphics
Knowledge of Accessibility (508 Compliance/WCAG) will be an added advantage.
