Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software micro-services, libraries, and NETCONF/YANG-based device simulators.
- Create automated test suites for test automation of RA features.
- Troubleshoot & fix product issues found in system integration and customer deployments.
- Collaborate with local and remote development & test teams.
- Participate in all phases of the software development cycle – planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Development experience in Python in a Linux environment.
- Quick learner with an ability to work on new languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Ability to write reliable, testable, and maintainable code with minimal supervision.
Desirable Skills (Plus, but not mandatory):
- Experience with distributed platforms and stream processing (Kafka, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Docker, AWS, OpenStack, etc.).
- Basic understanding of NETCONF, YANG, and Telecom domains.
- Knowledge of SDN, NFV, and SD-WAN controllers.
