Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate / attend workshops and meetings to elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and recommend process improvements.
- Evaluate potential solutions, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment and successful product development.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate that product requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are understood and fulfilled.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks in collaboration with the product team and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
- Track project progress in coordination with PMO Leads (TPMs) to ensure timely delivery of milestones and project objectives.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree in finance, systems, or operations field.
Work Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field.
- Prior & relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems.
- Should understand different app types (PWA, native, HTML5, Hybrid etc.)
- Possess a strong understanding of database and API integration to support technical project needs
- Should have knowledge of system interfaces required for building apps & web.
- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution evaluation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skill.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of mobile application development and industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
