About the Job
Requirements:
- Backend: systems thinking, API design, data modeling, performance, reliability.
- Frontend: Next.js, component design, UX sense, fast execution.
- AI product experience: vector databases, retrieval patterns, agents, prompt/tool design, evals.
- Languages/Tools: solid with Python and TypeScript/Node.
- Familiarity with LangChain/LlamaIndex/Agent frameworks, re-ranking, query planning.
- Exposure to observability, CI/CD, security, and cost/perf tuning.
Responsibilities:
- Own core product areas end-to-end: backend services, APIs, and polished frontends.
- Build AI-native features: agents, retrieval pipelines, vector DBs.
