Responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans to facilitate recovery.
Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure smooth collections.
Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce and promote products/services.
Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th grade pass.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu.
Age: Between 18 to 30 years.
Experience: Previous experience in collections, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Bonus Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
