RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist dealers with endorsement requests, including changes in policyholder details, vehicle details, and coverage modifications.
Process endorsement applications promptly, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
Coordinate with the underwriting team for smooth and efficient handling of endorsements.
Provide guidance and support to dealers regarding policy amendments and updates.
Ensure timely communication with dealers on the status of endorsements.
Maintain accurate records of endorsement activities and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Resolve dealer or customer queries related to endorsements professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates in any discipline, preferably Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of insurance or a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word).
