Job Description:

Manage planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations. Help clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services. You will be part of the Supply Chain Planning Team responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Self-driven with ability to work in unstructured environments
  • Experience in Hi-tech, Data center builds
  • Working knowledge of Kinaxis, SAP
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with BOMs and contract manufacturers
  • Preferred: 3+ years in Engineering/Supply Chain/Procurement/Data Analytics
  • Preferred: 2+ years in Procurement/Material Planning roles

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review demand-supply data and coordinate material schedules
  • Execute Procure-to-Pay: PR, RFQ, PO creation
  • Resolve delivery delays and invoice issues
  • Coordinate with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams
  • Maintain accurate master data in systems
  • Generate daily/weekly metrics reports
  • Collaborate with engineers, planners, and suppliers
  • Support onboarding, training, and process documentation
  • Suggest end-to-end process improvements
  • Support rotational shift operations
