Job Description:
Manage planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations. Help clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services. You will be part of the Supply Chain Planning Team responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Self-driven with ability to work in unstructured environments
- Experience in Hi-tech, Data center builds
- Working knowledge of Kinaxis, SAP
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with BOMs and contract manufacturers
- Preferred: 3+ years in Engineering/Supply Chain/Procurement/Data Analytics
- Preferred: 2+ years in Procurement/Material Planning roles
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review demand-supply data and coordinate material schedules
- Execute Procure-to-Pay: PR, RFQ, PO creation
- Resolve delivery delays and invoice issues
- Coordinate with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams
- Maintain accurate master data in systems
- Generate daily/weekly metrics reports
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and suppliers
- Support onboarding, training, and process documentation
- Suggest end-to-end process improvements
- Support rotational shift operations
