Job Description
You will work in the Customer Support vertical, helping manage and resolve customer queries via voice, chat, and email. The role includes handling escalations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring SLA compliance. You will serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for users and clients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints within defined SLA
- Coordinate with internal departments to close tickets
- Ensure timely and professional support with accurate documentation
- Switch between communication channels based on business need
