Job Description:
- Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Responsibilities:

- Stay updated with the latest product developments and enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and documentation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support.
- Experience with incident management tools.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
