Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Design and develop applications based on business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Create technical design documentation for application development.
Implement best practices for application design and development.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
Strong understanding of IT service management processes.
Experience in designing and implementing HR service management solutions.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations.
Hands-on experience in customizing ServiceNow HR modules.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
This position is based at our Kolkata office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
