Responsibilities:

• Calling existing and potential clients to persuade and convert them for their event needs.
• Accurately recording details of clients’ requirements.
• Developing great relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the services provided to make suitable recommendations based on clients’ needs and preferences.
• Submitting weekly/monthly reports based on client interactions and updates.
• Creating proposals and presentations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Escalating and resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinating and leading virtual and in-person client meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining an up-to-date database of client interactions, ensuring all recent updates are accurately recorded.
• Participating in industry events and trade shows on behalf of the company.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior telesales/sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
