- Guidance of best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations
- Identify potential project risks and issues
- Support anchoring of overall technical solution while cascading the same to project delivery teams
- Creating the optimum technical solution in the context of the customer’s environment, requirements, and financial resources
- Ensure adherence to Bank’s standards and acceptance at architectural review meeting.
