Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the Incoming Quality Assurance department and its technicians/inspectors.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of customer and departmental requests for incoming inspections.
- Mentor technicians/inspectors, conduct performance reviews, create training plans, and deliver training.
- Identify staff development needs in GMP training, technical skills, safety, performance management, and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for Senior Staff, Operations, Quality, Planning, Engineering, Materials, and other departments for incoming inspection activities.
- Ensure timely execution of inspection planning, results, and backorder demands.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing quality assurance and inspection processes.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and company policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in mentoring and training staff.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with various departments
