Job description:

Principal Responsibilities:
- Distribution Channel Management – Monitor processing of transaction received through online Feeds from Channel Partners with whom we have tied up. Handle queries & rejections from Channels liaising with RTA.
- Distributor Commission computation verification and payment processes.
- Support Digital applications maintenance and queries – Distributor Portal & Internal application.
- Distributor payment and service-related queries received in External mailbox and internal dedicated mailbox.
- Pan India Sales RMs/ISCs queries related to Distributors.
- Commission monthly reconciliation.
- Handle Internal and Concurrent Audits.
- Periodical MIS
- Distributor Onboarding and Due Diligence processes.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills
- Liaising Skills for effective coordination with RTA, Auditors & Branches.
- Good at Excel & Power-point for preparing reports and workings.
- Knowledge of local language will be an advantage to handle RTA.
- Knowledge about usage of Power BI
Any other additional Information:
- A minimum of 1 – 3 years of Mutual Fund background
- NSIM Certified or ability to complete the course within a month.
