Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM with detailed notes and follow-ups.
  • Update and manage internal databases using standardized templates.
  • Conduct research on target clients before meetings.
  • Lead client meetings to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations for proposals, costings, and P&L reports.
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring profitability.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Draft professional client communications and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for project delivery.
  • Build long-term client relationships with follow-ups and service.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new leads via research and networking.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Experience: 1–3 Years in B2B/Market Research Industry
  • Skills: Client management, communication (English), negotiation, problem-solving
  • Technical: Proficiency in Sales CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, go-getter attitude, persistence, and deadline-oriented
