About the Job
- Build full-stack MVP web apps (React or similar frontend, FastAPI/Node backend).
- Integrate with data sources like CoStar, Zillow, Yardi Matrix, Neighborhood Scout.
- Implement document upload + parsing for T12 and Rent Roll PDFs/XLS files.
- Use LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) to summarize, categorize, and convert data into model inputs.
- Auto-populate real estate Excel templates with structured data.
- Implement “pass/fail” deal logic based on custom investment filters.
- Build export features: PDF executive summary, Excel model, LOI generator.
- Create dashboards for deal tracking, performance metrics, and API connection health.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
- Frontend expertise in React.js / Next.js.
- API integration experience (OAuth, REST/GraphQL).
- Experience with file parsing (PDF/Excel), data extraction, and LLMs.
- Understanding of real estate concepts (T12, rent rolls, cap rate, cash-on-cash returns).
- Strong UX sense for dashboards & financial tools.
