About Job
Role: Node.js Developer
Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad [On-site]
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2+ years hands-on with Node.js & Express.js
Responsibilities:
- Architect & implement scalable backend systems with Node.js & Express.js
- Develop reusable libraries & utilities for microservices
- Ensure clean, consistent code using linters, Prettier, TypeScript best practices
- Prepare applications for production – security, deployment strategies, monitoring
- Solve complex backend challenges with scalable solutions
- Design & develop event-driven microservices using RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis
- Write unit tests with Jest/Mocha for code reliability
- Collaborate with front-end, PMs, and other teams; participate in code reviews
Technical Skills:
- JavaScript & TypeScript proficiency
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs & microservices
- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis)
- Containerization tools like Docker, deployment strategies
Job Requirements:
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Strong coding, DS & Algorithms skills
- Good project management & collaboration skills
